We know that your pet is an important member of your family and we promise to make him or her feel safe and comfortable while in our care.

We will only groom and style your pet if it does not put undue stress or cause discomfort. We will not sacrifice your pet's safety and comfort for vanity. We only use positive actions - no harsh words or punishments. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy to rough handling.

Grooming is not a natural process for your dog, they will be away from home and their owner (all the things they feel comfortable with), and it is for this reason that we try to reduce the stress by completing grooming in 2.5 - 3 hours (depending on breed size). Please help us too, by keeping your pet matt/tangle free between grooming sessions.
